Okonomi San

The speciality is Hiroshima-style okonomiyaki, prepared on a teppanyaki grill visible from every table: the cooking process is part of the show. Ramen, udon and tantanmen function as coherent accompaniments. The Chamberí venue is warm and the service is well-trained in Japanese regional tradition.
