Second Ramen Komainu location in Malasaña, with greater capacity than the Fuencarral original but the same artisanal standard: selected-flour noodle, slow-cooked broth, no additives. The tsukemen is limited to six portions daily and runs out before noon. Arriving early is not advice; it is a condition.
