Ramen Shifu (Plaza Mayor)

Shifu location near the Toledo entrance to Plaza Mayor, in an area of heavy tourist saturation. The six-hour Hakata broth and the group's menu remain unchanged. Discreet capacity, low wait times during core hours, and predictable tourist pressure given the address.
